Mini Punjab

We are located in the Aavishkar Building on Race Course Road. If you are looking for us, we are right near Big Bite. Rajkot is a city that loves to eat out, and we are right in the middle of that. Race Course Road is always busy, especially on weekends when everyone is out for a walk or some fresh air. Mini Punjab is a name many locals recognize by now. We did not start with much, just a few tables and a small kitchen. Now we have a bit more space, but the way we work has not changed much. It is loud, it is busy, and there is always something happening in the kitchen. We get our spices and ingredients from the local market because that is what we know. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us through the busy seasons and the quiet ones. We do not have a marketing team or anything. I usually just sit at the counter and talk to people who come in. Some days the electricity acts up or the water delivery is late, but we manage. It is just a normal restaurant life in Rajkot. We try to keep the place tidy. People come here because they know what they are getting. It is familiar. We are not trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one where you can get a decent meal on Race Course Road.
