Krunchy Republic

We are located right on Amin Marg, just off Kalawad Road in Rajkot. Krunchy Republic is situated directly opposite the Swami Narayan Temple, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. The 360001 area is usually buzzing with people, especially on weekends when everyone is out and about. Our place is fairly simple. We have some tables and chairs, and a kitchen that stays busy most of the time. It’s not the quietest spot because of the traffic and the people visiting the temple, but we like the energy of the street. We focus on making food that’s easy to eat, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the orders get a bit backed up when a big group walks in, and we have to scramble to get everything ready. We do our own cleaning and prepping, so there’s always something to be done, whether it’s mopping the floor or checking the supplies in the back. We don’t put on any airs here. It’s just a place to get some food and sit down for a bit. The local crowd knows us well, and we see a lot of the same people every week. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood here on Amin Marg. We keep our doors open late and just try to make sure no one leaves here still feeling hungry.
