Krishna Dinning Hall

Our place is located on Kalavad Road in Rajkot. We are quite close to the Crystal Mall, right there at the Jyoti Nagar Chowk. It’s a spot that most people in this part of town know pretty well because the traffic is always moving through here. We have been running this dining hall for a good amount of time. Every morning starts the same way with the kitchen staff getting things moving. It gets loud and a bit messy during the prep time, but that’s just how it is. We have a lot of space for people to sit, and we try to keep the layout simple so it doesn't feel too cramped when the evening rush starts. Rajkot can get really dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables and sweeping the floors. You can see the mall from nearby, which brings in a lot of younger people, but we also get families who live around Jyoti Nagar. It’s not a quiet place, especially on weekends when everyone is out on Kalavad Road. We just focus on getting the food out on time. The staff has been here a while and we all know the routine. We don't really change much around here because people like knowing what to expect when they walk through the door. It’s just a regular business in a busy part of the city.
