Khushi Restaurant

You can find us on the ground floor of the Meet Complex on Akshar Marg. It’s right off Kalavad Road in Rajkot. This is a very busy part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or doing their shopping with their families. We’ve been at this 360005 address for some time now. The restaurant isn't very large, but we’ve tucked in enough tables to accommodate families and groups of friends. We don't go for anything flashy with the decor. It’s just plain walls and comfortable seating because we think the food is what matters most to people who are hungry. On weekends, it gets quite loud in here with all the kids and people talking, but that’s a good sign for us. We have a small team in the kitchen who have been with us from the start. They know exactly how each dish should taste before it goes out. Sometimes we have to change things up depending on what's available at the market that morning. We don't have a website or any social media; we just rely on people walking by and seeing us or hearing about us from their friends. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for older folks to come in without having to climb any stairs. It’s just a regular place for regular people in Rajkot who want a meal outside their own kitchen. We keep the water jugs full and the floors swept.
