Kaushal Exports Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Prime Sales building, right across from Hotel Punit at Tin Batti. It’s a pretty recognizable spot if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. We spend our days surrounded by boxes and shipping manifests. Exporting isn't always as exciting as it sounds; it’s mostly a lot of checking lists and making sure the packing is done securely so nothing breaks on the way. We’ve got a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute someone is on the phone and the next they’re helping move a pallet. The area around Tin Batti is usually buzzing with people, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. Our space is mostly functional, filled with desks, samples, and stacks of paperwork. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s convenient for us and people know where to find us. We don't do much in the way of advertising; most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to get the orders out on time and deal with the shipping delays when they happen. It’s a straightforward business run by regular people who show up every morning and do the work. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different regulations and forms, but we manage it.
