Kalash Restaurant

Kalash Restaurant is out on Kalawad Road in Rajkot. We are situated near Haripar Chowk, right across from the Kalash Party Plot. If you know Rajkot, you know this road gets very busy in the evenings with families going out for a drive or a walk. Our restaurant is just a plain building where we serve food to whoever stops by. We have some tables inside and we spend a lot of time keeping the place tidy. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for the local crowd. Sometimes when there is a big wedding or a party at the plot across the road, we get even busier with people coming over for a quick bite. The staff here is just a few local guys who know how to manage the kitchen. We don't have any fancy menus or complicated stuff, just the regular food that people in Rajkot like to eat. The fans are always running because it gets quite hot here in the afternoons. We spend our time prepping for the dinner rush, which is usually when most people show up. It is a simple life of cooking and serving. We don't do any big marketing or anything like that. People just see the sign while they are driving on Kalawad Road and decide to come in. It’s a practical place for a meal without any unnecessary fuss or long waits for a table. We just keep things moving every day.
