Jay Sardar Restaurants & Caterers is located right on the Chandreshnagar main road in Rajkot. We have our own building here, which is nice because we have enough space for both the restaurant part and the catering equipment. We are situated near the Rajkot District Co-operative Bank, so people often use that as a landmark to find us. Running a restaurant and a catering business at the same time is a lot of work. The phone rings a lot with people asking about prices for weddings or small parties at home. We don't have a website or anything like that. We mostly just talk to people face-to-face or over the phone. The restaurant floor is usually busy during the lunch and dinner hours. The kitchen is a bit of a mess sometimes when we are preparing for a big catering order, but we get the job done. Rajkot - 360004 is the area. We’ve lived here a long time and know most of the people on this street. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate styles. We just provide food and service. If a customer is happy, they come back, and that’s the best way to grow. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we try to fix them quickly. It’s a family-run kind of thing and we like it that way.
