Hiren Dharaiya CNC VMC Programming Classes

I started teaching CNC and VMC programming because I noticed many guys in Rajkot wanted to work in factories but didn't know the coding part. We are over here in the Navsharjan Rmc Shopping Center, right behind the Mavdi Fire Brigade. It's a busy spot. Most days, I’m just sitting with students at the computers or looking at the machines. It’s not a fancy office or anything. We just focus on getting the lines of code right so the metal gets cut the way it should. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside on Mavdi Main Road, but we manage. I’ve been doing this for a while now. Students come in, we open the software, and we just get to work. There are about six shops we use from number 32 to 37. It gives us enough space to breathe and set up different stations. You’ll usually see me there in the mornings setting things up and checking the power. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend time on long lectures that don’t really matter for the job. It’s mostly about showing how the tool moves and making sure nobody breaks the machine while they are learning. People from around Rajkot find us easily enough because of the fire station landmark. We have coffee sometimes, talk about the industry, and then get back to the screens. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear us talking about coordinates and offset settings. That’s just how the day goes here for us. It works well enough for everyone involved.
