Vilas Masale Wale

We started Vilas Masale Wale out here in Purandar because it’s where we live and work every day. Being in Pune district gives us a good spot to get things done, and honestly, the air here just feels right for what we do. It’s not a fancy setup with big glass walls or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings checking on the spice stocks and making sure the grinding machines are running the way they should. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how things go in the tehsil, so we just wait it out and start back up. Most of the people working here are from nearby villages, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. Mostly, it’s just about getting the masalas packed and ready for the local shops. If you walk by our place, you can usually smell the chilies or the turmeric from the road. It’s a messy job sometimes, and our clothes end up smelling like coriander by the end of the shift. We just try to keep things moving along steadily. It’s a simple life here in the district, and we’re fine with that. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a few of us making sure the bags are filled and the stuff inside is okay for the local kitchen. It’s honest work and keeps us busy.
