Apurva India Ltd

We are over at Nemisha Bungalow in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi. It’s a decent spot in Pune, 411044, and it’s actually a bungalow turned into an office for Apurva India Ltd. Working out of a house feels a bit different than being in a tall commercial block. It has a more relaxed vibe, though we still keep our heads down and get the work done. The address is 27A/420, so it can be a little tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time, but they usually figure it out. We’ve got a small garden area out front that looks nice when it rains, though the mosquitoes can be a bit much sometimes. Inside, we’ve set up our desks in the different rooms. It’s funny calling a bedroom an office, but it works for us. There’s a kitchen where we all heat up our lunch, and that’s where most of the chatting happens. Pune weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty outside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or big signs. It’s just a group of us working together in a quiet neighborhood. People walking their dogs pass by the gate every morning. It feels more like a community than a corporate zone. We've been at this location for a while and it suits what we do just fine. It's a peaceful place to spend the day.
