Shri Makhre Arun M

I run this place, Shri Makhre Arun M, out here in Shirur at S No 115, Gawanwadi P O Shiru. It’s a quiet area mostly, though it gets a bit of traffic from people going to the post office. My family has been around these parts for quite a long time now. We just handle things day by day. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it is just slow. That’s how it goes in a place like Gawanwadi P O Shiru. I didn't plan on writing much but they said I should describe the business for some records. It’s basically just us working hard and staying open for the locals. The weather here can be tough in the summer months but we stay open regardless. People come by when they need something and we try to help them out as best as we can. I've seen the road change over the years. Shirur is growing fast but some things stay the same. I spend most of my mornings getting things ready before anyone else shows up. It’s a lot of work honestly. My hands are usually dirty by noon. We don't have a big office or anything fancy like that. Just this spot on the map. Most people find us because they know the name. We keep it simple here. There’s a lot to do every single day and I don’t always get a break. But it pays the bills and keeps us going in Shirur.
