Shree Ganesh Masala

Our place is Shree Ganesh Masala and we are located in Hadapsar at S No 153. If you come near our shop, you will probably smell the spices before you even see the sign. Our days are spent surrounded by big bags of dried chilies, turmeric, and coriander seeds. The air can get a bit thick with the dust from the grinding process, which makes us sneeze sometimes if we are not careful. Hadapsar is a busy area with a lot of movement, and our spot at S No 153 is right in the thick of it. Since the heavy grinding machines make a lot of noise when they are running, we often have to shout a bit to be heard over them. A lot of time goes into weighing out different powders and sealing them into bags. It is a messy job and our hands are often stained yellow from the turmeric, but that is just how it is. No polished storefront with bright lights can be found here. This is more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Regular customers from the neighborhood have been coming to us for their kitchen supplies for a long time. Our focus is just on keeping the machines running and the bags filled. It is simple work that keeps us busy from the moment we open the doors in the morning. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for it to come back.
