Our place of work is located at Milkat No 384 in Bhugaon, which is part of the Mulshi Taluka. We are situated quite close to the Song Bird Society, which is a well-known landmark in this area on Poud Road. At Shailesh Tandale Foods & Spices, we spend our days dealing with all kinds of ingredients and spice blends. When you walk into our facility, the first thing you notice is the heavy scent of coriander, cumin, and chili in the air. We have a few machines for grinding the spices down into fine powders, and they make a lot of noise when they are running. The rest of the work is mostly done by hand, like weighing the portions and sealing them into packets. It is a small operation, and we don't have any big corporate offices. The walls are lined with bags of raw materials waiting to be processed. We've been in Bhugaon for a while now, and we have seen the area grow with more people moving into the nearby societies. Even with the changes, we keep doing things the same way we always have. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or advertisements. Most of our customers are people who have heard about us from their friends or family. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We just try to make sure every packet we sell is filled correctly and tastes the way it should. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night.
