Sarita Spices

Sarita Spices is located at Flat No. 801, up on the 8th floor near Chaphekar Chowk. It’s a bit unusual being that high up, but it works for what we do. We spend our days dealing with different blends and whole spices. The smell of turmeric and chili usually hangs in the air around the doorway. It’s a small team here, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't have a big factory; it's more of a hands-on, smaller setup. The view from the 8th floor is actually pretty good, you can see the traffic moving through the chowk down below. We spend a lot of time packing small bags and labeling them by hand. It can be tedious work, but we like to keep busy. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and that makes moving the heavier sacks a real pain. We’ve been here for a while now, and people in the building know us by the scent of our work. We aren't looking to become some huge company. We just want to keep making our mixes and getting them out to the people who use them. It’s a simple life. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and try to finish up by evening. It’s just a regular day at the office for us.
