Saraswati Food Products

Saraswati Food Products has been operating out of Vyankatesh Krupa Society in Viman Nagar for several years now. We are located right at Sr No 56 near Jubilee Baug, which is a fairly busy area during the day. Our daily routine starts pretty early when the first batch of ingredients arrives and we have to get everything organized in the kitchen area. It gets a bit cramped when several people are working at once, especially when we are trying to pack everything up for the daily deliveries. There is usually a lot of noise from the mixers and the packaging heat sealers going off. We do not have a fancy front office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we focus on getting the food items prepared and out the door before the afternoon heat kicks in. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in the narrow lane near the society entrance, which causes a bit of a headache for the neighbors. We try to keep things tidy but with flour and spices around, there is always a bit of dust on the shelves. Most of our day is spent checking the batches and making sure the labels are stuck on straight, though they sometimes end up a bit crooked when we are in a rush. It is a simple operation run by people who just know how to handle the bulk cooking process without making much of a fuss about it.
