Saffron

Saffron is located right at number 1 in Koregaon Park. It's a well-known area in Pune, so finding us isn't usually too difficult for people. We've been in this spot for a good bit of time now. The neighborhood is full of trees and it's much quieter than other parts of the city, which we like. We don't have a huge team here, just a few of us who handle the daily tasks. Our space is functional and we try to keep it comfortable for anyone who walks in. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything that feels too formal. It’s just a place to do business. We see a lot of different people every day since Koregaon Park attracts a varied crowd. Some people are just passing through while others have lived nearby for decades. We treat everyone the same when they come through the door. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, and we just wait it out like everyone else on the street. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open up, do the work, and go home. It's a practical way to live. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this area, but we’ve managed to stay put at our little corner. We like the rhythm of the day here. The morning is usually the best time when it's still cool outside and the street is just waking up before the afternoon heat sets in.
