Ruchkar Masale

We are located over at House No 503, specifically in D Wing 703, which is quite close to the D Mart. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business like Ruchkar Masale since it's more of a residential-feeling area, but it works for us. The whole place usually smells like ground spices, especially in the mornings when we are getting everything ready. It’s not a big factory or anything like that. It’s a small, family-style setup where we do the work ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to see what the smell is or to pick up something small for their cooking. We spend a lot of time weighing out powders and putting them into bags. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we do. The view from the wing is just the other buildings and the busy street down by the D Mart. It gets quite crowded on the weekends with all the shoppers nearby, but we just stay inside and keep at it. Our setup is pretty basic with just some tables, scales, and the spice containers. We don't have any fancy sales staff or a reception desk. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come out and talk to you. It’s very direct and simple. We like it this way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves without too much trouble or overhead. It's a busy life but it feels good to be productive.
