Paraj Spices

We are located at Ganga Kalash on Kalash Road in Vishrantwadi. Paraj Spices is what we call our little operation here. Vishrantwadi is a nice area, and being on Kalash Road makes it easy for folks to find us. We aren't a massive factory; we are more of a local setup. We deal with spices every day, so the air in our building always has a certain scent to it. Sometimes it makes you sneeze, but you get used to it after a while. The building, Ganga Kalash, is where we spend most of our hours. We have our machines for processing and a small area where we keep the finished spices. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don’t mind. We take the raw spices, clean them, and then get them ready. There are no big meetings or corporate strategies here. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or buy a little bit of what we have. We like being part of the neighborhood. The traffic on Kalash Road can be slow in the evenings, but during the day it’s alright. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. It’s a steady kind of life, and we’ve been doing this for long enough that it’s just second nature to us now. We just want to finish the orders and go home.
