Mandar Masale

We run Mandar Masale from our place in Sonigara Township, specifically over in Keshav Nagar, Chinchwad. It's just a regular local spot where we deal with spices every day. We've been here for a while now, just doing what we do. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit busy around here, but that's just how it goes in Chinchwad. We spend most of our time sorting through different ingredients and getting things ready. It’s not a fancy setup or anything, just a practical workspace where we get the job done. My family helps out too, so it’s a bit of a team effort most days. We usually start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. You can find us right near the main residential area. People stop by sometimes just to see what’s going on. We don't have a big office or anything like that. It’s just us working with what we have. We try to keep things organized, but when you're working with spices, things can get a little messy on the floor. That’s just part of the work. We've stayed in this same spot for years because it works for us and we know the people around here. It feels right being part of the local community in Sonigara Township. It's a simple life, honestly, but we like the routine and the familiar faces we see every day. We just keep things moving.
