Krushna Masale

We are located at Plot No - 238/7 in the Bhor taluka area. It’s right near Rajghad Collage, so we see a lot of students walking past every morning and afternoon. Krushna Masale is a local operation where we spend our days dealing with different kinds of spices. The plot is a bit tucked away, but once you find it, you can’t miss the smell of the grinding machines. We started this because we wanted to stay in Bhor and do something for ourselves. It’s not a huge factory, just a workspace where we get things done. We have a few people from the nearby villages helping us out with the heavy lifting. The work is physical and can be quite tiring. We spend a lot of time drying the raw spices in the sun before they go into the mill. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them ourselves with whatever tools we have. It’s all part of the job. Being near the collage means there is always some energy in the air. We don't have a big office or a receptionist at the front. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in spice dust or moving heavy sacks around the floor. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do here. We just make masale and try to keep the business going one day at a time. It’s a quiet life here in Bhor, and we like the routine of it.
