The smell of the spices is usually the first thing people notice when they get close. It’s a strong, peppery scent that gets into everything. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the sound of students nearby and the general bustle of Chinchwad. The building itself is practical. We have the grinding area and the packing section all close together. It gets a bit dusty with all the powders flying around, so we’re always cleaning something. We don't use any big fancy machines; it’s more about the traditional ways of getting the masalas right. We are a small team, and most of us have been here since the start. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Sometimes the traffic near the college makes it hard for the supply trucks to get in, but we manage. We aren’t trying to become a global giant or anything. We just like making good spices that people actually want to use in their cooking. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but when the batches turn out right, it feels worth it.
