Girish Masale

Girish Masale is based at Plot No 44/1, specifically in Wing B11 of the Gajanan Housing Society. We are right in front of the Bank of India, which is how most people find us. It’s a handy landmark. We've been in this society for a long time. It’s a mix of homes and some small businesses like ours. We work out of Wing B11. It isn't a big factory or anything, just a focused space where we handle our masale. Being in Gajanan Housing Society means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise. The Bank of India across the street is always busy, so there’s a lot of traffic. We just do our work day in and day out. It’s a local operation, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just make the masale and sell them. People know us at Plot No 44/1. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time grinding and measuring spices. It smells really strong in our wing, but we like it.
