Bhagyashree Masale

You can find Bhagyashree Masale over at Plot No. 4 on the Chinchwad Pune Road. We’re in the Indira Nagar area, specifically Bhoirnagar. It’s a pretty busy part of Pimpri-Chinchwad. We’ve been making our masalas here for a while now. It started as a small idea and just grew into what it is today. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished image. It’s just us working with the spices every day. The smell of roasted cumin and cloves is something you get used to when you work here. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the chili dust, so we try to be careful with the ventilation. It’s a family business, really. We handle the grinding and the packaging ourselves. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make masala. People from around the neighborhood stop by, and we also send stuff out to smaller shops in the city. The traffic on the Pune road can be a bit much, but it helps people find us. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is what it should be. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. Most days we are just busy with the grinder.
