Green Park Resorts

Our place is located out on Cuddalore Main Road in Thavalakuppam. Being near the boat house means we get a lot of people passing by on their way to the water. It’s a bit away from the main town center, which is nice if you don’t like the constant noise. We spend our mornings tidying up the grounds and making sure the outdoor areas are looking okay. Pondicherry weather can be tough on the plants, so there’s always something to water or trim back. We have a small team here, and most of us have been around for a long time. We don't do anything too fancy. It’s just about having a spot where people can pull over and stay for a bit. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees get a bit curious, but we keep an eye on things. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the trucks going past, but once you get inside the gate, it feels a lot different. We focus on the basics, like clean sheets and making sure the kitchen has fresh stuff for the day. It’s a steady kind of life here. We like seeing families come through on the weekends. It makes the place feel alive. We just try to keep things honest and simple for whoever shows up at the desk.
