Sunset Bar & Restaurant

Our place is located on the second floor of the Meridian Building, which is on VIP Road in Raghunathpur. We have been operating this bar and restaurant in Kolkata for a while now. Being on the second floor means we are a bit removed from the street level, though you can still hear the heavy traffic from VIP Road all night. We have a simple setup with a bar area and some tables for dining. The lighting is kept fairly low, and the decor is just basic stuff we have put up over the years. We spend our mornings cleaning up from the night before and checking our stock of bottles. The 700059 area is quite busy, so we get a lot of people stopping in on their way home. We have a small crew working in the kitchen making snacks and meals. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, so people have to walk up to the second floor. We don't have any big advertisements, usually people just see our sign on the building and come up. It is a lot of work to keep the place running, especially on the weekends when it stays busy until late. We spend most of our time making sure the drinks are cold and the tables are cleared. It is just a regular bar where people come to sit for a bit after work.
