You can find Babumoshai Restaurant right on Jessore Road, specifically at 380/1 in the Madhyamgram area. We are directly opposite the Union Bank, so it’s hard to miss if you are walking or driving by. We’ve been serving food here for quite a while. It’s a local spot where people from the nearby houses come when they don't feel like cooking at home. The place isn't too large, but we’ve managed to fit enough tables for everyone. Sometimes on Friday nights, it gets a bit tight. We don't have any fancy waiters in suits, just normal people who work hard. The menu has the usual stuff that people in Kolkata like to eat. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure everything is ready before the lunch rush starts. It’s a lot of washing, chopping, and cooking. Sometimes the noise from Jessore Road gets inside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just try to keep the place clean and the food hot. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in this part of town. Most of our customers are regulars who live just a few streets away. They know us and we know them. We don't really do much advertising; people just walk in. It’s a straightforward business. We open up in the morning, do the prep work, and stay open until the last customer finishes their dinner. It’s just what we do every day.
