Bbs Multicuisine Restaurant

Bbs Multicuisine Restaurant is located at Dn 62 in the IBM Building, right in the middle of Millenium City. We are in Sector 5, over by Sech Bhawan in Salt Lake City. Being in an office building means we see a lot of the same faces every single day. Most of the people who come in work in the IT sector or in one of the nearby offices. We started this place because people needed somewhere to go for lunch without having to leave the building area. It’s a busy environment. We spend a lot of time preparing for the midday rush. Everything has to be ready at once because everyone has their lunch break at the same time. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in Kolkata. We just want to give people a decent meal while they’re at work. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the delivery bikes get stuck in traffic, and it adds a bit of stress to the day. We just deal with it as it comes. The 700091 area is always moving fast. We don’t have a lot of time for promotional talk or making things look perfect for pictures. Our focus is just on the kitchen and the dining area. It's a lot of repetitive work, but we like the routine. We’ve been here in the IBM Building for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the office workers.
