Aahar Biryani Centre

Our biryani centre is located in Rabindrapally, which is part of the Madhyamgram Bazar area in Kolkata. We are very close to the Kabiguru School, so we see a lot of students and parents walking by all the time. The bazaar is always a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is out buying their groceries. We have been running Aahar Biryani Centre here for a while. The smell of the biryani usually fills up this part of the street around lunchtime. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big fancy places in the city center. We are at 700130. The building is old and the street can get a bit muddy when it rains, which happens a lot in Kolkata. We just keep the pots going and serve whoever comes in. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just us. The school bell rings and we know it is going to get busy soon. We spend a lot of time cleaning the rice and getting the spices right. It is a lot of hard work in a hot kitchen, but it is what we do. If you are near the bazaar, you will probably see our sign. It is a local place for local people who just want a plate of biryani. We stay here until the last pot is empty.
