Ankita Restaurant

You can find us at Bb-95 in Salt Lake City. We are right near Tank No 2, which is a big landmark around here. If you know Salt Lake, you know how the blocks are set up. Our place is just a regular neighborhood restaurant. We have been here for a while, serving the people who live nearby. It's a quiet area compared to the main city, but we get our fair share of customers. We have a few tables inside and the kitchen stays busy with orders. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or people working in the nearby offices. We don't do anything fancy with the decor. It's just a place to sit and have a meal. My staff has been with me for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm going. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of takeaway orders at once. Salt Lake is a nice place to have a business like this. People know each other and they stop to chat while they wait for their food. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It's not a big corporate chain, just us trying to run a decent place. We're usually open every day from lunch until dinner time. The street outside is usually lined with cars, but people find a way to get to us. We just keep the kitchen running for the local folks.
