Shinryu Restaurant

Shinryu Restaurant is tucked away in the Pinnacle Tower over in Rajarhat New Town. It is a newer part of Kolkata, and things are changing around here every single month. We are located near Chinar Park, so if you are in that area, we are not too hard to spot. It is a restaurant where we mostly focus on serving the people who live in the nearby apartments or work in the local offices. The tower is quite modern, but inside our space, we keep things very basic. We aren't trying to be a five-star place with white tablecloths. We just want a place where people can sit down and have a decent meal without any fuss. The kitchen is where most of the action happens, and it gets pretty hot and loud back there during the dinner rush. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with everything from cleaning floors to taking orders. New Town is always busy, and being near the Chinar Park junction means there is a lot of foot traffic. Some days are really hectic and we struggle to keep up, but we do our best to stay on top of things. It’s just a practical, local eatery for the community. We spend a lot of time just making sure the ingredients are fresh and the place is ready for the next day. We hope the food is good enough for you.
