Seagull Catering Services is based out of A 36 in VIP Park. We are right on VIP Road in the Kestopur Prafulla Kanan area of Kolkata. The pin code is 700101. Catering is a tough business because there is so much lifting and moving things around. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of office staff. It’s mostly just us doing the actual work. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and loading up vans to go to different events. VIP Road is always jammed with traffic, so we have to leave really early to get anywhere on time. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually they are. The Kestopur area is very crowded, and our space in VIP Park is where we keep all our pots, pans, and equipment. It’s a lot of washing and packing every single day. We don't write big mission statements or use marketing slogans. We just try to make sure we don't forget the spoons or the napkins when we head out for a job. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we get pretty tired by the end of a big event. We’ve been doing this for a while now from this same spot. If you live around Prafulla Kanan, you’ve probably seen our vans moving through the traffic. We are just a local catering team doing our daily work.
