Orkos Restaurant

You can find us on the third floor of City Centre in Salt Lake, right in Block DC. Being in the mall means we see a lot of people walking by every day. The restaurant has been here for a while, and it’s become a regular spot for folks who live nearby or work in the offices around here. We’ve got a decent amount of space, but it can still feel a bit tight when the lunch rush starts. The view from the third floor is okay, though you’re mostly looking at the mall corridors. We don't go in for anything too flashy. The furniture is comfortable, and the lighting is just enough to see your plate. Our cooks are usually back there busy with the tandoor or the pans. We try to keep the menu simple so people know what they’re getting. It’s not about being the trendiest place in Kolkata; it’s about being a place where you can actually eat a meal in peace. Sometimes the music we play is a bit old-fashioned, but we like it that way. The staff is mostly young guys who are learning the ropes, so they might be a bit shy but they mean well. It’s just a normal restaurant in a busy part of town, doing what we can to keep things moving. We don't have a huge marketing team, just our sign out front and the smell of the food coming from the kitchen.
