Nola Restaurant Baguihati

This Nola Restaurant is the one in Baguihati, situated on the ground floor of Surya Kiran Apartment. We are right in Narayantala West, very close to the Baguihati Bus Stand. It’s a very convenient spot for anyone commuting because they can just hop off the bus and grab a bite before heading home for the day. The apartment building is fairly well-known in the area, so people find us easily enough. We started this place because we saw how many people were always rushing around this junction and needing somewhere to sit. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have some wooden tables and the lighting is just regular tube lights. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel or anything. We just want to serve food that tastes like it should. The traffic noise from the main road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a while. My brother handles the front while I stay in the back mostly. We get a lot of office workers during lunch and families from the apartments upstairs in the evenings. On rainy days, the area gets a bit muddy, but we try to keep the entrance clean for everyone. We buy our vegetables from the local market every single morning to make sure everything is ready. It’s a simple life running a restaurant here, and we just take each day as it comes, making sure the tea is hot and the food is ready for the crowd.
