Laziz Pizza

Laziz Pizza is a small shop in Kestopur, specifically at Shop No. 6 in Thakurdasi Abasan. We are right on Krishnapur Main Road in the Majherpara area. If you know where the ICICI Bank ATM is, we are just opposite that. It is a very busy part of Kolkata. The road outside is always full of rickshaws and people walking to the market. We spend a lot of time working with dough and keeping the oven at the right temperature. The shop is not huge, but it fits what we need. We get a lot of people stopping by after they use the ATM or when they are headed home to Krishnapur. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough for the flour, so we have to be careful how we store things. It is just me and a couple of others working here most days. We keep the counter clean and wait for the next order to come in. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting right outside because the traffic is so bad on the main road. We don't have any corporate office or anything, just this one spot in Kestopur. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. We just try to make the food and keep the lights on. It is a simple business on a loud street, and we are usually here until late at night. Sometimes the rain in Bengal makes things a bit messy, but we keep the floor dry as best we can.
