Lazeez Xpress

Lazeez Xpress is a small food outlet we run at 786 Rajarhat Main Road in Hatiara, Kolkata. We are situated quite close to the Chinar Park Crossing, which is a very crowded and active part of the city. Being in Kolkata, there is always a demand for quick food, so we stay pretty busy most of the time. The shop is small, and we call it "Xpress" because we try to get the food out to people without making them wait too long. It is not the kind of place where you would sit for hours. It is more about getting something to eat and getting back to your day. The traffic on Rajarhat Main Road is constant, and the noise from the horns is something we have just grown used to over time. We do not have a big staff, just a few people handling the cooking and the counter. We have to be quick because the customers are often in a hurry. Our kitchen is small, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We do not use any promotional gimmicks or polished language to get people in. Most folks stop by because they are walking past or live in the nearby apartments in Hatiara. It is hard work, especially during the humid months in Kolkata, but we keep at it every day. We just try to keep things simple and honest. There is always something to fix or clean, but we handle it as it comes.
