Habib Biryani House

We are based in Baguihati, on Raghunathpur Road. The shop is on the ground floor of RC-23. It is quite close to Tegharia Road. In Kolkata, biryani is everywhere, and we are just one small house doing our part. The area is always crowded with shoppers and commuters. We started this place a while back. It is not a big restaurant with many floors or fancy lights. It is just a simple ground-floor setup. You can smell the spices from the street usually. We do not have a big staff. It is a few of us working in the back and a couple of people out front. Most of our time goes into getting the rice and meat right. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough. People come in, eat their fill, and go about their day. We do not do anything special for marketing. The name on the board is enough for people to know what we have. Baguihati is a busy place, so there is always someone looking for a meal. We stay open until the pots are empty. It is a straightforward business. We do not have a corporate office or a big team. It is just Habib Biryani House. We like the regular rhythm of the work we do. If you are near Tegharia Road, you can find us easily. We are just a local spot for a quick lunch.
