If you’re coming from Bablatala More in Rajarhat Gopalpur, you’ll find us on Kalipark Road. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. Kolkata is spreading out this way, and Rajarhat has changed a lot lately. There are more cars and more people than there used to be. We’ve stayed right here on the ground floor. It’s a basic restaurant setup. We have our tables and our kitchen, and we spend most of our time making sure everything is running. The noise from the road is part of the atmosphere here. You hear the horns and the people talking outside. We don’t try to block it out; it’s just the city. We aren’t interested in being a five-star place with white tablecloths. We just want to serve people who are hungry. Our staff are local folks who live nearby. We all just work together to keep Gazaba Restaurant going. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s something happening at Bablatala More. We just take it as it comes. We keep our overheads low and our focus on the daily tasks. It’s a decent way to spend the day, meeting neighbors and seeing the same regulars who stop by for a quick bite on their way home. It isn't anything more than a neighborhood kitchen for the people around Kalipark Road.
