Gangaur Veg Restaurant

Gangaur Veg Restaurant is located on VIP Road in the Deshbandhunagar area of Kolkata. We are pretty close to the Raghunathpur Big Bazar, so we get a lot of people coming in after they finish their grocery shopping. It’s a vegetarian spot because that is what we know how to cook best. The traffic on VIP Road is usually quite heavy, so it can be a bit loud inside sometimes when the buses go by. We’ve got a mix of tables and chairs that have been here for a while. It’s just a simple restaurant where families come to sit down for a meal on the weekends. I handle a lot of the daily stuff like making sure the vegetables are fresh and the floor is swept. We don’t really have a big fancy menu, just the usual things that people like to eat when they want a veg meal. The address is R/AA 36, and it’s easy to spot once you get near the Big Bazar. Most of our customers live right here in the neighborhood, so we know a lot of them by name. It isn't the sort of place where you need to dress up or anything. You just come in, eat your food, and go about your day. We try to keep things moving quickly because people are usually in a hurry to get home. It's a decent place to work and the kitchen stays pretty busy most nights.
