Classic Restaurants

We are over at 11/1, Jessore Road in Kolkata. If you’re looking for us, we’re right near the Hero Honda Showroom. Jessore Road is a long, busy stretch, so having the showroom as a landmark helps people find the turn. Classic Restaurants is just a local place where we serve the neighborhood. The 700129 area is quite active, and we get a lot of traffic passing by. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sign with lights. It's a modest building. Inside, we have enough tables to handle the lunch rush. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been working with us for a while. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the customers are fed. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when it's raining hard outside, but we do our best. The menu is printed on simple paper and has the stuff we know how to cook well. We’ve been here for years, watching the cars go by on Jessore Road. It's a noisy part of town, but we like the energy. Most of our regulars just walk in and we already know what they want. It's a comfortable, plain place to grab a meal without any fuss. We keep the stove going from morning till night.
