Chop Stick Restaurant

Our restaurant, Chop Stick, is located at Aa 45 in Sector 1 of Salt Lake City. Being in the 700064 area of Salt Lake means we get a lot of local residents coming in. The building is a typical Salt Lake structure, and we’ve set up our dining area to be as comfortable as we can manage. It’s not a huge place, so it can get a bit tight when the weekend crowd arrives. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, which is where most of the action happens. The smells of the cooking usually drift out into the street, which I guess helps people find us. We’ve got a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to clearing the tables. Salt Lake is a quiet part of the city compared to others, but Sector 1 has its busy moments. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen plenty of families grow up. We don't have any fancy marketing plans; we just open the doors and cook. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up, or we run out of a certain ingredient, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a real place run by real people who just want to serve a decent meal. We keep the menus simple and the prices where they’ve always been for the most part, hoping that’s enough for folks around here.
