We’ve been here in Salt Lake City for a while now. The building at Kb-26 is easy to spot if you’re driving through Sector III. Most days, we’re just busy getting things ready before people start coming in for their meals. It’s a quiet part of the city compared to the main hubs, which we like. The staff usually gets here early to make sure everything is set up. We don't really do anything fancy or over-the-top. It’s just us doing our jobs every day. Sometimes the traffic outside can get a bit much during peak hours, but inside it stays pretty calm. We've got the usual tables and chairs, nothing too modern, just stuff that works. People from the nearby offices often drop by because we’re close. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we’re busy, which happens more often than not. Salt Lake has changed a lot over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We know most of the regular faces who walk through the door. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. If you’re around the 700098 area, you probably know where we are. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the place is clean enough. There’s no big secret to how we run things, we just show up and do the work. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but that’s the restaurant business for you. We just try to keep it simple.
