Casurina Caterers

Our kitchen is tucked away in Sector 2 of Salt Lake City, right near Sech Bhawan. We’ve been handling food around here for quite some time. It's mostly about getting the ingredients early in the morning and making sure the stoves are ready. We don't do anything too flashy, just standard catering for whatever people need in this part of Kolkata. Sometimes it’s a lot of boxes to move, other times it’s setting up tables at a local hall. The traffic in Salt Lake can be a bit of a headache when we’re trying to deliver on time, but we manage. Being at CG 213 means we’re pretty central to most of the blocks around here. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day, chopping vegetables and making sure the rice is cooked right. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. It’s not always easy, especially when there are big orders, but it’s what we do. People in 700091 know where we are if they need a meal for a gathering. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking part. No big offices or anything, just a functional space where the food gets prepared every day. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with our cooking, and we make sure the kitchen is scrubbed clean every single night before we go home and get some sleep ourselves.
