Bhajohori Ranna Restaurant

Bhajohori Ranna Restaurant is over here on 185/1, Jessore Road. If you know the Rajbari Colony area, we are pretty much right by Sarat Colony. It’s just a regular spot where we cook. There isn't much to say about the building, it's just a normal place on a busy road in Kolkata. Sometimes the traffic outside is quite a lot, especially being on Jessore Road, but inside we just focus on the stove and the pots. We spend most of our mornings getting the vegetables ready and making sure the kitchen is set up for the day. It’s mostly just us working here, trying to get things done without making too much of a fuss. The neighborhood around Rajbari Colony is pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We don't really have a big fancy team or anything like that, just a few people who know how to handle a kitchen. People find us because they live nearby or they're passing through this part of 700081. We’ve been at this for a bit now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but for now, we just keep things running as they are. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the daily cleaning and the cooking, but that’s how it goes for a small restaurant like ours. Nothing too complicated, just a place on the road.
