Variety restaurant

Our restaurant is right near the Tikonia Chauraha in Bhimtal, not too far from the local police station. It's a spot where a lot of people pass by on their way to the lake or heading further up into the Nainital hills. We’ve been serving food here for quite some time. The name "Variety" came about because we wanted to have a bit of everything on the menu so nobody in a family group would feel left out. We have some Chinese dishes, some local North Indian stuff, and the usual snacks you’d expect. The interior is just regular tables and chairs, nothing fancy or designed by a professional. It feels like a normal kitchen. We get a mix of tourists and locals who live right down the street. The kitchen can get pretty busy around dinner time, and you might hear the pans clanking and the chefs talking back there. We try to keep the place clean and the service moving along at a good pace. Our waiters have been with us for years and they know the menu by heart. It’s a basic, no-frills kind of place where you can get a hot meal and a cold drink without spending a fortune. We’re just a small business trying to do things right for the people who stop in. It's honest food in a simple setting, and we're happy to be part of the neighborhood here.
