ANKIT Restaurant

We have been here on block road in Bhimtal for a while now. Most people know us because they pass by this way to get into town or head back home. It is a busy little spot near the block road area in Nainital. We open up early and stay busy till the evening. The kitchen is always going. We don't have anything fancy here, just tables and chairs and food people like to eat when they are out. Usually, it's locals who stop in, but sometimes tourists find us too. It gets loud during lunch when everyone comes in at once. We just try to keep things moving. The weather here in Bhimtal changes fast, but we are always inside getting plates ready. My family helps out and we have a few guys in the back. It isn't a big place but it works for us. We just focus on getting the cooking done right. You can find us right there near the main road. It's easy to spot if you are looking. We have been part of this neighborhood for a good bit of time. People come in, eat their fill, and head out. That is how it usually goes. Sometimes we run out of things if it's too busy, especially on the weekends when more people are around the lake area. But we just do what we can every day. It's just a regular restaurant where you can sit down for a bit. We don't have a big menu but what we have is what people ask for most.
