Kapilaz Sweets & Restaurant

Kapilaz Sweets & Restaurant is our family business on Kaladhungi Road in Haldwani. We are situated near the Mukhani Chauraha and right across from the LIC office. The pin code is 263139. Every morning, we are up early to start making the sweets and getting the restaurant side of things ready for the day. It’s a busy spot because of the location, and we get a lot of people stopping by on their way to work or back home. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with the pots and pans, and the sweet counter stays busy most of the time. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local place where we do the work ourselves. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the food is ready. It’s not a fancy or decorated place, just a normal restaurant with basic furniture. We have been here for years and we know many of the people who come in. Sometimes we run out of certain sweets by the evening if it’s a busy day. We don't have any corporate rules, we just run the shop the way we’ve always done it. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and dealing with the heat, but that is the life of a shop owner here. We just keep the doors open and do our work on Kaladhungi Road. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we have been doing for a long time now.
