MALHOTRA Restaurant

MALHOTRA Restaurant is situated up here in Bhimtal, right on the block road. We are near the Nainital area, specifically the 263136 pincode. Being near the block road means we get a mix of local people who live around here and also some tourists who are heading up into the hills. The air is a bit cooler here, which is nice when the kitchen gets warm. We have a small seating area where people can sit down and take a break. It is not a big fancy establishment, just a regular restaurant where we serve what we have for the day. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and cleaning the tables. The view outside isn't bad either, as Bhimtal is quite a pretty place to be. Sometimes the road gets busy with cars, and other times it is very quiet. We have been at this location for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We don't use any fancy machines to cook; it's mostly just traditional stuff. Our staff is local, and they walk to work every morning. We just try to keep the place clean and the food ready for whoever walks through the door. It is a simple life running a place like this in the mountains. We just do our bit every day and then close up when the sun goes down. Most days it is just about making sure we have enough supplies and the kitchen is clean.
