Joshi Broders Restaurant

We have been here in the Main Market of Ramgarh Talla for quite some time now. People around Nainital know where to find us. It is a simple place, really. My brother and I started this because we liked cooking for the people who pass through Ramgarh. Most days it is busy with locals getting their lunch or travelers stopping by on their way up the hills. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some tables, chairs, and the food we make in the back kitchen. The weather here can get cold, so a hot meal is what most people are looking for when they walk through the door. Sometimes we run out of things early if the market is crowded, but that is just how it goes in a small town. We try to keep things clean and the food tastes like what we eat at home. You can find us right there in the market area, it is hard to miss if you are walking around. We don't spend much time on the phone or the internet, we are usually just busy with the stove or talking to the regulars. If you are coming from Nainital, it is a nice drive. The mornings start early with getting the supplies from the local vendors. Ramgarh is a quiet place but the market stays lively. We just do our work every day and hope people leave with a full stomach. It isn't a big operation, just us brothers and a couple of helpers.
