Shervani Restaurant

Shervani Restaurant is part of the Shervani Hill Top Resort in Mallital, Nainital. Our address is 263001. We are located right inside the resort grounds, so we mostly serve the people staying there, though others come by too. The kitchen is busy from early morning until late at night. We have a team of cooks who have been working together for a few seasons now. Mallital is a nice area, but being at the resort means we are a bit of a walk from the main market. We focus on making regular meals that people enjoy. The dining area is simple and we try to keep it clean. It’s not a place with white tablecloths and fancy waiters. It’s more relaxed than that. We spend a lot of time making sure we have enough supplies brought up the hill, which can be a challenge during the busy months. The weather in Nainital affects how we work, especially when it rains a lot. We just keep the stove going and the tables ready. There isn't a big corporate philosophy behind what we do. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the plates are clean. It’s a lot of hard work in a small kitchen. We don't do much promotion. Most people find us because they are already at the resort. We just want to provide a decent meal to whoever is hungry and has made the trip up to Mallital.
