Shervani Hill Top Inn is up at Shervani Lodge in the Mallital area. The postcode is 263001. Being up on the hill means we have to deal with the slope and the weather, which can be a bit tricky in the winters. The building has been here for quite some time. It’s an old structure that requires a lot of upkeep. We are always painting something or fixing a leak somewhere. That’s just life in Mallital. We have a small crew that takes care of the rooms and the grounds. It’s not a fast-paced place. Things move a bit slower up here away from the main town center. Most of the people who come to stay are looking for some quiet. We don't have a lot of high-tech stuff. It’s mostly just basic rooms and a place to sit outside when the weather is good. We spend a lot of time gardening and making sure the paths are clear. It’s a lot of physical work. We don't really do much advertising or have a big corporate office. It's just us at the lodge. The air is nice up here, though the climb can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. We just keep the place running day by day. It’s a simple life and we try to make sure the guests have what they need without any extra drama. We hope the rooms are comfortable enough and the water is hot when it needs to be.
